The Call for proposals is opened within the project “Advancing legal and policy reforms to enhance media integrity and protect freedom of speech” jointly implemented by Foundation Mediacentar Sarajevo, NGO “JaBiHEU” and Press and Online Media Council in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Press and Online Media Council in Bosnia and Herzegovina is currently seeking to engage a company to print an Ethical Guidelines which will help all media professionals (journalists, editors, journalism students, bloggers etc.) avoid any ethical mistakes and adhere to professional media reporting standards outlined in the Press and Online Media Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, within the Action objectives. Ethical Guidelines are part of the Self-regulation toolkit.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Company will be asked to carry out following tasks:
- To print Ethical Guidelines in high quality paper in 300 pieces; color; format 297x210mm, paper kunstdruck matt 130g 4/4; Number of pages 75; cover 350 g kunstdruk 4/4; cover lamination MATT/GLOSS 1/0; paperback.
- To ensure adherence to Project guidelines and layout.
- To deliver materials within the agreed-upon timeline.
- To maintain communication with the Project team throughout the process, including any issues or delays.
The engagement will last 20 days, during which material should be printed.
Qualifications and skills:
General professional experience:
- The Company must have at least 15 years of experience in providing printing services for similar projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, business documents, brochures, packaging, and other printed collateral.
Specific requirements:
- Experience in handling various types of printing techniques such as offset printing, digital printing and specialty print finishes.
- The Company must have experience working with Project guidelines to ensure color accuracy, font consistency, and overall alignment with Project visibility standards.
- The Company should have a demonstrated ability to maintain open, professional communication with the Project team throughout the production process, including providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Selection criteria:
